My boss is great, generally helpful to everyone and a kind woman. On a daily basis I deal with agents who are rude and don't do their job well. For example, an agent representing someone is supposed to do a certain amount of work for them, such as setting up home inspections, negotiating with mortgage companies, etc. But frequently I have to do their work for them - they won't even return phone calls! Their only interest is getting their 10%. My advice is just to make sure you have an experienced and well-liked agent. It'll be easier all around.
